Event LinkedIn Posts

With our bigger events throughout the year, LinkedIn posts are prepared for attendees and speakers to share on their personal accounts. Speaker posts include all panel information so LinkedIn connections in attendance can plan to join. I began this initiative of creating branded LinkedIn posts for employees’ personal accounts to allow the opportunity for events and speaking sessions to be promoted while maintaining a concise messaging on Virtu’s main platform, which has greater success if focused more on recruitment efforts and high-level company news.

Company News Updates

If sharing about a testimonial, article, survey or other written piece on LinkedIn, I generally suggest having an image or visual to accompany it. When people are scrolling through their feed, you have mere seconds to capture their attention so even utilizing emojis in the caption could encourage more people to pause and read.

Sandler Center Social Media Campaign

This is a week-long campaign I created around bystander intervention. The overall theme of the month was The Sandler Network (as a spin-off of Cartoon Network), so for bystander intervention I chose the cartoon Courage the Cowardly Dog as it seemed topical. Because of COVID-19, our programming was entirely virtual at this time, so I thought outside the box and created an interactive storyline for viewers to learn about bystander intervention. Their survey experience differed based on the answers they selected. This campaign saw high engagement with the student body.
